Yes. You will sign a service agreement with our company. We will then prepare all documents which must be notarized to be valid. We will pay for and arrange for a Certified Notary Public to come to your home or location you choose to get all paperwork signed and notarized.

The claims process timeline varies based on complexity and regulations involved. After we submit all required paperwork, the agency can take 3-12 months to approve and pay the claim. That’s why it’s important to start the process as early as possible.
